BALDUINA'S SMART CITY
Balduina is a district of Rome, located on the southern side of Monte Mario, with about 42.000 locals.
Few months ago, the BALDUINA’S popular committee developed the 3S PROJECT aimed to change the neighborhood's face: the 3 S stand for Shopping, Smart and Social.
